All spiritual wallpapers, designs, vectors, illustrations, texts, and custom-styled digital assets presented in the Sanathan Wallpapers app and website are either original creations owned by Sanathan Wallpapers, purchased under commercial licenses, or curated from public domain/creative commons sources with appropriate attribution.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to download and apply wallpapers to their personal mobile device screens. Any other use of these images without explicit prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, bundle, repackage, or sell any wallpapers retrieved from our platforms. Hosting our wallpapers on third-party websites, online gallery feeds, cloud storage folders, or other applications is strictly forbidden.

We highly respect the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and copyright owners. If you believe that any content displayed on Sanathan Wallpapers infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Notice. Your claim must include:

• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Direct URL or wallpaper ID of the infringing material to locate it.
• Your contact details (email, address, and phone number).
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, we will immediately investigate and take swift action, which may include permanent removal of the content from both the Supabase database and CDN cache, as well as the Android app catalog.
